How do I request a service?
Create an account, submit a service enquiry, and review the quote in your dashboard. You can pay accepted quotes securely with PayFast.
How does equipment hire work?
Request your dates and quantity. The team checks availability and approves the request. Pay the full amount before the approval expires to confirm your hire. Dates are inclusive.
How do I track my request?
Open My account, then Track enquiries or My history. Update your contact details in My profile.
What happens after payment?
PayFast sends a secure notification to confirm payment. Your dashboard updates once it has been verified. If an approval expired before confirmation, the team will review your payment and contact you.
